What Is It?

The new ES Filter System is a 3-piece hood filter that is specifically designed to capture cooking grease before it even enters the hood system: now you can safely (and legally!) reduce your annual hood cleanings by 75%!

The filter is made of 3 parts:

1. Metal filter body

2. Disposable filter sheet

3. Front cover

The patented disposable filter sheet is the key to this system: it fits between the cover and filter body. This material is completely biodegradable and can be simply thrown in the trash when replaced. 

How Does It Work?

The ES Filter System is simple: it catches grease at the hood filter instead of allowing it to make it's way throughout the entire exhaust system.

The disposable filter sheet is changed on a regular basis and is the key for containing the grease in one place.

Because grease is captured at the filter, this system allows for much longer time between hood cleanings, provides greater fire safety, and increases the reliability of your Fire Suppression system . 

When it's time to replace the disposable filters, you can simply throw them away in the trash!
